Doug Wilcox is currently a Clinical Research Fellow in the BWH-MGH MS & Neuroimmunology Fellowship Program, seeing patients at the Brigham MS Center, and a Fellow in Neuroimmunology and Neuroinfectious Diseases at Harvard Medical School, through the NINDS R25 research program. He completed his graduate and medical degrees at Northwestern University, where he studied the age-dependent mechanisms of pathogenesis in viral encephalitis. At Harvard and the TNRC, Doug is studying neuro-immune interactions at the blood-brain barrier, and how these change with age. Clinically, he is interested in Neuroinfectious, Neuroinflammatory, and Neurorheumatologic Disease
